So I was reflecting on some thoughts and I happened to recall a question posed while I was at dinner with a group of friends. It was something like the following, " Should knowledge be withheld?" Not sure what spurred such a question, and i sparingly remember the response, but I think the possibly wiser cousin to this question is, at what points should knowledge be withheld.?
Since forever knowledge has "given" people a lot of things whether it be power, influence, material goods, etc. But say you aren't the pursuer of knowledge, even though its probably better to be in the pursuit of knowledge. Say, someone is seeking knowledge from you, when would you decide to share some and or withhold others?
Something that comes to mind is that I believe people can be ready and not ready for certain information. So in that sense, maybe the person could unperceptive or unable to take in the knowledge because of some sort of block. In which case, I would say wait before sharing.
What do you guys think?
Also shout out to those playing the new Pokemon expansion pass and or Animal Crossing. Here is a pic of Nibbles from Animal crossing as a human!
